Bradford Health Services Appoints Jason Langley President

Seasoned behavioral health executive brings national leadership experience to support Bradford’s growth and help teams deliver high-quality, compassionate care

Bradford Health Services, a nationally recognized provider of comprehensive addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare, today announced that Jason Langley has joined the organization in the newly created role of President, effective immediately. His appointment builds on Bradford’s investment in experienced leaders who help its teams deliver consistent, high-quality care as the network scales to meet increasing demand.

Langley will provide oversight and guidance across financial operations, revenue cycle management, and information technology. He will work closely with Bradford Chief Financial Officer Jason Indestad and other members of the leadership team to support continued expansion and high-quality patient care.

“I had the opportunity to get to know Jason when we worked together at another system, and I couldn’t be more pleased that he’s joined the Bradford team,” said Rob Marsh, Chief Executive Officer of Bradford Health Services. “He understands addiction treatment and what it takes to support teams across a growing organization. That experience will be valuable as we expand access while keeping quality care and patient experience at the center of everything we do.

Langley joins Bradford from Urology Alliance, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He previously held the same role at Solaris Health, an integrated urology platform of more than 1,000 providers and 250+ locations across 14 states. During his tenure at Solaris, his responsibilities spanned financial strategy, business analytics, and acquisition integration. Cardinal Health acquired Solaris in late 2025, bringing it into The Specialty Alliance, its national multispecialty care platform.

Earlier, he spent four years as Executive Vice President of Financial Operations at Summit Behavioral Healthcare, with responsibility for financial performance across 33 facilities in 20 states. Before Summit, he served as Division CFO at Acadia Healthcare, overseeing financial performance for 10 hospitals and 12 outpatient clinics across four states.

“Bradford’s reputation for quality care and its commitment to the patients and communities it serves make this an exciting time to join the organization,” said Langley. “I’m energized by the opportunity to work alongside Rob and the leadership team as we build on this solid foundation and continue to grow. My passion is giving teams the financial insight, tools, and support they need to make better decisions and deliver superior clinical and organizational outcomes.”

Langley’s appointment follows the recent additions of Justin Adams as Chief Operating Officer and John Hollinsworth to Bradford’s Board of Directors, continuing the organization’s sustained investment in experienced leadership to support sustainable growth and consistent, patient-centered care.
