A Reprieve for Men

Our unique approach blends intensive education and reflection on the Alcoholics Anonymous’ 12 Steps with community service and life skills programming. Residents are guided in groups and as individuals, applying each step to their own unique life circumstances, goals and beliefs. With each step, they work to identify their own sense of spirituality, community, and self.

A Reprieve for Men is home for our residents. It’s a place of genuine conversations and connections. Somewhere to belong, to be challenged, to be loved and accepted – a brotherhood that is real. We’re also a place to have fun, eat great food, and where recovery is happening every day.

Daily activities include:

  • Household chores and meal preparation
  • Daily meditation
  • 12-Step presentation
  • Family-style meals
  • Recreational activities
  • Community meetings
  • Local, nightly 12-Step meetings
  • Personal accountability development

A Reprieve for Women

A Reprieve for Women strives to create a spiritually sound environment that is positive, creative, caring, and fun. We believe that recovery can only be accomplished through developing positive relationships. We also believe that the living environment must inspire our residents and staff to grow together in our quest for spiritual health.

Our intent for each individual is to have them create a plan of action that can be developed, improved and that focuses on three relational areas: spirituality, community, and self. We strive to help residents understand how they separated from themselves, their spirituality, and their community. Then we help them develop their personal plan for healthy relations to self, spirituality, and others. This is accomplished through intensive personal work in the Twelve Step discipline and therapeutic support.

“Bradford gave me a safe, therapeutic environment to start the journey of recovery with support and guidance. I have been sober for 5 years and live an amazing life that started with the tools I learned at Bradford.

It doesn’t have to be this way forever.
It can all change at Bradford.
