What is the cost of treatment?
The cost will vary for each case and program, depending on the person’s recommended treatment plan. We accept most insurance plans and offer several payment options that make getting help a reality for any budget.
Do you offer follow up after discharge?
Bradford’s complete continuum of care makes it possible for patients to remain engaged in treatment throughout every step of recovery. Our Care Transition Coordinators work with each patient and their primary counselor to facilitate transition into the next level of care.
What should I bring to treatment?

Do you treat mental disorders, such as depression/anxiety/bipolar?
We understand that many patients suffering from chemical dependency issues may also have other mental health disorders or concerns. Substance use disorder must be your primary diagnosis to be treated at a Bradford facility.
How long is/are your programs?
Bradford offers a variety of addiction treatment programs at all levels of care, which means that program length will vary. We customize our rehab programs to each patient. Our clinical professionals will determine the length of your stay depending on your needs and situation.
What can I expect when I call?
When you call our 24/7 helpline, you will connect with a Care Coordinator, a caring, friendly professional who can answer your questions about Bradford. Your Care Coordinator will conduct a brief assessment of your situation, collect demographic and insurance information, and schedule your free, confidential consultation with our clinical team should you choose. Consultations are generally 30-45 minutes and can often be completed during your initial call.

Do you accept my insurance?
Bradford is in network with most insurance providers. To verify your benefits, visit our Insurance page. Our Admissions and Patient Financial Services teams will help you understand your particular insurance carrier’s coverage for addiction treatment.
There are multiple designated smoking areas at each of our facilities.
Will I be able to have visitors?*
Visitation is not permitted at this time. During the current pandemic, we are taking every precaution necessary to protect our patients.
What kind of food do you serve?
Bradford’s food service provides three meals a day with a variety of options to fit the needs of each individual. Special dietary concerns will be addressed upon admission.
Can I have my phone/laptop/etc?
All electronic devices need to be left at home to ensure that you get the most out of our treatment program. Phone calls will be permitted via an on-campus telephone two times per day.
Bradford’s programs are gender specific to help foster a comfortable and secure treatment experience.
Addiction is a disease that thrives in isolation. Each of our residents will room with someone else to encourage accountability and fellowship.
What kind of therapy will I receive?
During a stay at one of our facilities, you will receive group, recreational, and individual therapy, as well as 12 step programming and educational lectures.
Is there a licensed medical professional on-site?
Each of our inpatient facilities has a licensed medical professional on-site every day of the week.
Can I involve my family in treatment?
Our Family Program is provided online via zoom. It is free of charge and offered to anyone who is looking to help in their loved ones recovery.
