Taking a step forward with Bradford is taking a step forward in your career.
All you have to do is ACT.
Bradford Health Services is reliant on wonderful employees dedicated to our goal of creating effective and affordable drug and alcohol rehab programs.
The same type of treatment will not work for every person seeking drug and alcohol treatment. We understand that every patient that walks through our doors is in need of help. We also understand that each of our patients’ needs varies significantly. Knowing these two things pushes us forward as one of the leaders in drug and alcohol treatment. Through our innovative inpatient and outpatient rehab services, we aspire to bring a life of sobriety to everyone we can reach.
At Bradford, we have forged a strong foundation that is established from three simple principles. Advocacy, Consistency, and Transparency are the basis on which we have built our success.
We advocate for our patients every day, and we work to get them the help they need by motivating the patient and family to act. We advocate with our third-party payors to approve the level of service that we know will promote successful recovery from addiction. We advocate for our employees, our peers, and our company. Our advocacy is crucial to the success of our outcomes.
Being consistent in all we do is going to ensure continued, predictable results and success. We have been successful in being consistent with our outcomes, programming, and care. Also, we value being consistent with how we treat, communicate, and motivate one another.
Being transparent with one another allows us to maximize our collaboration. At Bradford, we know if we share our desired outcome for a project and all the parts involved, our team can solve anything. If we want to have sustainable success, we must be transparent with everything we do.
Clinical professionals are the core of our treatment programs. We strive to set them up for success by providing supervision hours. In turn, allowing them to provide the best guidance and care for our inpatient and outpatient facilities. Our licensed counselors lay the path to sobriety for our patients throughout their road to recovery.
Addiction recovery can be dangerous for people who try to do it without the help of medical professionals. This is why we seek out the best nursing staff to ensure that our patients feel safe within our facilities.
Our support staff fills in all of the gaps needed to provide the best care possible for our patients. We rely on everyone in our support staff, including the cooks creating delectable meals in the kitchen, our care coordinators who act as our first point of contact when answering phones from our state-of-the-art call center, and our Counselor Assistants & Program Service Aides that guide patients through the rest of their treatment.
We are constantly growing and require innovative individuals who are looking to grow alongside our corporate departments. Check out our job openings within our Sales, Marketing, Finance, Information Technologies (IT), and Human Resources Departments.
