Continuum of care

Medically monitored detox, inpatient and residential treatment, extended care, intensive outpatient and standard outpatient, and continuing care for alumni — with how a patient moves between levels and who coordinates the transfer.

Network footprint

37 locations across Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Indiana and Florida, with the campuses, outpatient offices and levels of care available at each.
