Bradford Health Services is strengthening its leadership team as the organization enters its next phase of growth.
Justin Adams has been named Chief Operating Officer, and John Hollinsworth has joined the Bradford Health Services Board of Directors. Both bring extensive behavioral healthcare leadership experience and will help Bradford continue strengthening quality, consistency, and access to care across its network.
The appointments follow more than two years of expansion, including five acquisitions and the opening of the new Woodland Recovery Center campus in the Mid-South. Today, Bradford includes 36 care sites across eight states and has expanded outpatient access, specialized programming, continuity of care, and addiction, dual-diagnosis and psychiatric capabilities.

Justin Adams Named Chief Operating Officer
Adams brings more than 18 years of behavioral healthcare leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare. He previously served as a Division President at Acadia Healthcare and has also held leadership roles at Universal Health Services.
As Chief Operating Officer, Adams will oversee Bradford’s inpatient and outpatient operations. His first-year priorities include standardizing best practices, improving transitions between levels of care and strengthening how Bradford measures and improves outcomes.

John Hollinsworth Joins Bradford’s Board
Hollinsworth brings more than three decades of executive leadership, operations and governance experience in behavioral healthcare. He retired in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Operations at Acadia Healthcare and previously held senior roles at Universal Health Services, Psychiatric Solutions and Ten Broeck Hospitals.
He will advise Bradford’s Board and management on strategy, governance, leadership development and responsible expansion while helping maintain clinical quality and the strengths of local teams.
