We’re proud to announce the appointment of two new executives to our leadership team: John Fisher as Chief Operating Officer and Chuck Steiner as Chief Development Officer. These additions mark a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to expanding access, improving operational excellence, and ensuring clinical quality across its growing network of care.
“As we continue to grow and respond to increasing demand for behavioral health services across the country, the need for exceptional leadership becomes even more critical,” said Rob Marsh, Chief Executive Officer of Bradford Health. “Both Chuck and John bring a wealth of knowledge, deep industry experience, and a shared passion for our mission. With them on board, we are confident in our ability to elevate the care we deliver and strengthen the communities we serve.”
John Fisher: Chief Operating Officer
A seasoned executive in the behavioral health space, John Fisher joins Bradford with over a decade of leadership experience. He has held key roles at prominent organizations including Recovery Centers of America and Lifepoint Behavioral Health, where he played a central role in scaling high-quality clinical programs and improving operational performance.
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Fisher will lead all inpatient and outpatient operations across Bradford’s extensive network. His focus will be on driving efficiencies, enhancing clinical outcomes, and supporting staff across departments to deliver consistent, compassionate care.
“I am honored to step into the role of Chief Operating Officer at Bradford Health Services,” said Fisher. “Bradford has an incredible legacy of helping individuals and families recover from substance use disorders. I look forward to working with the talented team here to expand our impact and serve even more communities in need.”
Chuck Steiner: Chief Development Officer
Joining as Chief Development Officer, Chuck Steiner brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare growth and strategic development. He has built an impressive track record at organizations like AMSURG Corporation, Shields Health Solutions, and Summit BHC, where he led initiatives that expanded behavioral health services nationwide.
At Bradford, Steiner will spearhead strategic expansion efforts—both in existing markets and new regions. His responsibilities will include identifying partnership opportunities, overseeing facility growth, and aligning Bradford’s business strategy with its mission to provide accessible, evidence-based care.
“I am thrilled to join the Bradford Health team and contribute to its next phase of growth,” Steiner said. “With its best-in-class clinical reputation and strong foundation, Bradford is uniquely positioned to expand its services while continuing to put patients first. I’m excited to help lead that journey.”
A Vision for Sustainable Growth
The additions of Fisher and Steiner reflect a deliberate and strategic approach by Bradford Health to assemble a high-performing leadership team capable of guiding the organization through its next phase of innovation and national expansion.
These appointments also underscore Bradford’s commitment to operational excellence, patient-centered care, and long-term partnerships with local communities and providers.
“We are incredibly proud to support Bradford Health as it continues to attract top-tier leadership like John and Chuck,” said Christian Chauvet, Partner at Lee Equity Partners, the private equity firm that supports Bradford’s growth. “Their leadership and industry expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, expanding services, and maintaining the high standards of care Bradford is known for.”
As behavioral health needs continue to rise across the country, Bradford Health Services remains steadfast in its mission to deliver effective, compassionate, and accessible treatment to those battling substance use and co-occurring disorders.
