Medication in Addiction Treatment (MiAT) Program
Holistic treatment and care for long-term recovery from opioid use disorder.
To give people the best chance of long-term recovery from opioid use disorder, Bradford’s treatment professionals created Bradford’s Medications in Addiction Treatment (MiAT) program. Medications in addiction treatment used with counseling and behavioral therapies provide a holistic or ‘whole-patient’ approach. Individual, group and family therapy have been shown to be very important for sustaining successful long-term recovery. Bradford’s approach is not a maintenance plan. It includes a structured psychosocial support for the patient and their family throughout their treatment experience.
