Bradford offers a variety of inpatient rehab programs for individuals seeking help.  Our programs vary by length of time, and by the type of help needed.  Our inpatient or ‘residential’ programs are conducted at the The Warrior Lodge treatment facility just outside of Birmingham, Alabama and The Madison Treatment Facility located just outside of Huntsville. AL.

The Warrior Lodge is surrounded by century-old trees and the serenity of nature.  It is quietly tucked away on 80 wooded acres among the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.  Located just 30 minutes north of the Birmingham International Airport, it is easily accessible from all regions of the country. Yet its secluded, cleansing environment feels a million miles away from all the pressures and distractions of everyday life. Our residential inpatient program provides a safe, protected, supervised environment for withdrawal caused by the physical and behavioral complications associated with addiction.

The Madison facility is located in a wooded quiet upscale community. The area is serene and peaceful. It provides time and space to reflect, replenish and restore. The Madison facility is minutes away from the City of Huntsville, home to NASA’s Marshall Space Center and Huntsville’s International Airport.

Specialty Inpatient Services

Athletes Program
Admitting a drug or alcohol problem can be difficult for anyone, but even more so for athletes. Bradford offers a specifically designed program that can make an athlete’s drug or alcohol problem easier to recognize and accept, thus allowing treatment to begin.

Bridge to Recovery Program
Bradford’s Bridge to Recovery provides counseling and psychosocial support for patients treated by physicians for Opiate dependency. Medication prescribed by community-based physicians can normalize brain chemistry and provide relief from physical cravings. Bradford’s whole person approach helps improve patient survival, sustains recovery through 12-Step based programs and provides a pathway that can lead to long-term abstinence. Bradford is an industry leader with over 40 years of experience treating addiction.

Emerging Adult Track
Bradford’s Emerging Adult program was designed to get young adults back on track. Short term and long term goals are set with each patient. Five specific developmental traits and phases of young adulthood are examined and patients begin to understand how to set goals, create a healthy self- identity and establish plans for their future.

Healthcare Professional Program
The extended treatment provided through Bradford’s Healthcare Professional Program (HCP) is ideal for physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, and others in the healthcare field. Healthcare professionals receive treatment designed to address their unique needs, licensing issues, and re-entry into their specific area of practice.

Law Enforcement First Responders Program
Bradford’s law enforcement and first responders program offers services designed to assist these dedicated professionals in addressing the issues specific to their high-stress profession so that recovery can begin right away.

Extended Care Program
Bradford’s Extended Care Program, we offer an alternative to the typical treatment protocol by providing additional time for more intensive care. Treatment lasts anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks and is tailored to the patient’s individual needs based on the assessment process. Each patient is assessed by an interdisciplinary team comprised of licensed clinicians who determine treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans. The team examines external factors that prohibit sobriety, such as family- of-origin issues and other simultaneous factors that prohibit sobriety, such as family- of-origin issues and other simultaneous occurring problems.

Legal Professional Program
This absence of balance can cause legal professionals to ignore their own problems and needs. Bradford offers services specifically designed to make acknowledgement and acceptance of a drug or alcohol problem easier so that treatment and recovery can begin.

Military Personnel Program
The never-surrender, never-quit attitude that generally serves people in the military so well can also make them prone to deny any sign of personal weakness – including a drug or alcohol problem. Bradford’s Military Program offers these individuals a safe and caring environment tailored to meet their specific needs.
