Continuing Care Services
Our continuum-of-care approach means that we’re here for patients and their families each step of recovery.
At Bradford, we believe in providing each of our patients a continuum of care. Put another way, we’re committed to each person’s ongoing recovery.
After completing treatment with us, our patients move on to Continuing Care. This is an important element of their treatment, because it helps ensure their long-term stability as they recover from addiction. This service includes regular monitoring of patients and an ongoing connection to their treatment.
Features and benefits:
- Every week, patients meet in a support group led by a Bradford facilitator.
- This service is available to all patients – and their family members – for up to two years.
- Following their treatment, we encourage patients to take advantage of Bradford’s strong alumni network, as well as other resources for maintaining sobriety.
