Entry Level Qualifications

HSD required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have one year experience in a call center or customer service environment. Must answer incoming calls and calls from individuals needing information or help with alcoholism and drug addiction. Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record. Must provide excellent customer service experiences. Once trained must be knowledgeable about alcoholism and drug addiction, Bradford’s services and locations and proper routing of calls to appropriate staff. Must be able to follow up on calls as necessary and document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Must be proficient using a computer and have an enhanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess excellent communication skills.
