Entry Level Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, is required and a master’s degree will be viewed as favorable but is not required for the position. Candidates should have a broad knowledge and significant (10 + years) of progressive leadership experience in several areas of Human Resources practice. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
