How do I stop?

You have come here because drug or alcohol use has become a large part of your life. From the outside it may seem like everything is okay. But there’s a nagging thought in the back of your head at all times. You worry that events won’t serve alcohol, or that you will run out your drug of choice before you arrive. You sneak around your friends and family, slipping away to take something that will make you feel normal. You don’t want to do it. You see that it’s destroying you. But that little voice won’t go away. Once again you wake up ashamed and asking “How do I stop?”

For thirty years Bradford Health has been helping people figure out “How do I stop?” Every person has a unique treatment plan that heals his or her body, mind, and spirit. Some people have success with weekly 12-step meetings, while others may need to get away from it all during rehab. It all depends on your situation and the severity of your addiction. No matter what it looks like, you can be helped.

Bradford Health tackles addiction from several fronts. We ease withdrawal symptoms, and begin healing the alcohol and drug’s bodily damage. We teach patients how to cope with the chronic disease of addiction. If needed, Bradford provides one-on-one and group therapy for traumatic events that may have caused drug and alcohol abuse. Adventure therapy and other exercise help people rebuild their confidence and regain control over their bodies. With yoga and guided meditation the spirit quiets and is restored to peace. All these techniques we teach for lifelong wellness.

So the question, “How do I stop?” is not so easy to answer. Together, however, we will figure it out. Your life can be rebuilt. All you need to do is be willing to try. Call us, and we’ll get started right away. 888-577-0012
